This article explores the increasing trend of early-onset dementia in youth from 2020 to 2024, its global and regional factors, clinical manifestations, and contemporary approaches to diagnosis and treatment. The study is based on the 2023 Global Burden of Disease (GBD 2021) data published in The Lancet Psychiatry, with additional demographic analysis of Uzbekistan.
