Despite the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of LN, in numerous studies conducted in different countries of the world, studies aimed at reducing its development and lengthening the predialysis period by searching for specific informative indicators that ensure the progression of the disease and the choice of treatment tactics remain relevant. A number of scientific studies are being conducted aimed at determining the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of VN, which are widely covered in foreign literature.
