Abstract

This article presents the experience of implementing a hybrid education model for family physicians of the pilot Chimbay district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan within a ten-month continuing professional development program. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the system of continuous medical education and introduce modern educational formats that ensure continuity, accessibility, and practical orientation of training for primary healthcare physicians.

The organization of the educational process is described, including distance learning using the national platform “UZLUKSIZ TIBBIY TA’LIM PORTALI”, face-to-face training sessions, simulation-based education at the Karakalpak Medical Institute, and workplace-based practice. Special attention is paid to the assessment system of learning outcomes using the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), oral examinations, and online testing.

The results of the implementation demonstrate the high effectiveness of the hybrid learning model and confirm its potential for widespread application within the system of continuing medical education
