Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat allergiyasi va oziq-ovqat intoleransiyasi o‘rtasidagi asosiy farqlar, ularning rivojlanish mexanizmlari, klinik belgilari va amaliy diagnostika yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Oziq-ovqat allergiyasi immunologik asosga ega bo‘lib, tez-tez og‘ir klinik ko‘rinishlarga olib keladi, intolerans esa fermentlar tanqisligi natijasida rivojlanadi va doza bilan bog‘liq simptomatika namoyon bo‘ladi. Ushbu farqlarni to‘g‘ri tushunish bolalar salomatligini saqlashda va parhez yondashuvlarini tanlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi
